African Mountain Gorilla tour, Rwanda Gorilla Trekking safari

Day 1. Travel from Kigali to Volcanoes National park.
On arrival at the airport, you will be picked by our representative and head north-wards to Volcanoes national park, also named as parc National des Volcans. The journey is amazing as you are able to see the magnificent hills, well terraced and having a breath taking view of valleys the five peaks of the Virunga Mountains. On arrival, you will check in Kinigi Guest house or Gorillas Nest for dinner and overnight.

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and Departure.
Early in the morning, together with the necessary tracking gear and packed lunch, you will move to the park headquarters for briefing, before proceeding with the ranger guides for the memorable adventure. Tracking will take you through steed slopes and thick forest trails, and may take 2-8 hours depending on the movement of the giants in their natural environment. The activity is quite strenuous, but worth undertaking. A maximum of one hour will be allowed with the Gorillas. After tracking, you will descend to the park headquarters and start then embark on the journey back to Kigali for the outbound plane back home.
